You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. If more than 14 days from receipt have gone by unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange. We will even give you the option to choose another item of equal or lesser value in place of your original item purchased.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
*Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
